There is a lot of support out there for CLTs in their early stages, but we know that there is life (and learning!) after delivering your project. Your new focus might be sustaining community connections, succession planning, managing people and places, lobbying for a better sector, or even deciding what to do next. That’s why we’re launching an Advanced Stage CLT Solidarity Network: so you can get the support you need.
After receiving a lot of queries about consumer standards, our first session will be a deep dive for CLTs who are registered providers or exploring RP status. We will focus in on the Social Housing Act (2023) and explore as a community of practice what CLT landlords could be doing to continue providing the best service to residents, and where the CLT Network can help. Our next session will look at deciding what do to next after completing your project.
Come along to this forum which will be a space to connect, hear policy updates and share insights, triumphs and challenges. On our end, we’ll feed what you share into our support and lobbying plans.
Who is this forum for? All CLTs with completed projects or that are currently building their projects – including non-CLT Network members
Accessibility We will provide closed captions automatically generated by Zoom.
Please email [email protected] with any questions.
Please note that CLTs who register will receive the Zoom joining details the day before the event.
