As Community Land Trusts, it’s essential that we understand who makes up our community so we can:
- Use demographic data to develop meaningful projects and engagement strategies and write persuasive funding bids
- Build partnerships and leverage networks with other community organisations
- Grow our membership inclusively and meaningfully
- Attract new leaders to our board who represent our communities
- Understand how your CLT can truly meet your community’s needs
In this session, we will explore the data and tools that you can use to understand the demographic make up of your area. This will support you to successfully and meaningfully create programmes and projects to bring social value for and with the full diversity of your community.
Who’s this forum for? All CLT Network members, no matter what stage of development your project is in or if you are stewarding land, energy systems, homes or community assets.
