A big question facing CLTs is whether or not they should become Registered Providers of Social Housing (RP).
In this session we are delighted to be joined by Bernadette Elder, Executive Director Inspiring Housing CLT to talk us through their experience of becoming a Registered Provider of Affordable Housing, about their experience of becoming an RP.
Bernadette will talk us through why they decided to become a Registered Provider of Social Housing, what the process was like and what this has meant for their CLT. There will be opportunities to ask Bernadette questions in the session.
