2021 Annual General Meeting (AGM)

Event Date | November 20

This year’s Annual General Meeting for the Community Land Trust Network will be held online on Saturday 20 November 2021.
We have prepared an action-packed day to spark conversation in the movement. Activities will take place from 9:45 -16:30 and you will receive an online agenda so you can attend whichever sessions you’d like.
Sign up for the entire day with the button below so we can keep you in the loop.
You can see full details on our AGM webpage.

We know that CLTs are doing many amazing things across England and Wales, and the CLT Awards 2021 are a chance to celebrate some of these achievements.

Who would you like to nominate for an award? Who stands out as having gone over and above for their CLT? Which CLT scheme is so attractive it deserves recognition? Which CLT has broken down barriers to get local people involved? And which CLT should be recognised for its eco credentials? You can nominate as many people as you want, including yourself! Visit this page.

Dragons’ Den

We have three exciting guests coming to pitch their ideas to us. How would you invest your CLT’s time and money? How could the national network invest in them?

The three pitches are:

  • Vidhya Alakeson from Power to Change – take over your high street!
  • Julius Kimbrough from a CLT in New Orleans – redress multigenerational racial injustice!
  • Rachael Orr from PlaceShapers – tackle the climate emergency!
You’ll hear from each speaker, then break into groups to quiz them and discuss their ideas. We’ll then come back together to share the best ideas for CLTs and the Community Land Trust Network to invest our time and energies in. We will come back to you later this year with our concrete pledges for action, and to share any you agree on within your CLTs.

CLT Fete

Thanks to all who have submitted a session suggestion for our CLT Fete! We have now closed submissions and will publish the chosen sessions in our forthcoming CLT Fete programme.

Our corporate partners Triodos Bank will be running some free funding clinics during the CLT Fete. To book a session please fill out the form here (download) and send to:

Please contact Mark and Jeremy with any questions.

This is our chance to share the successes and challenges of the year with you. Before the AGM you will be sent our annual report and accounts, plus the details of motions. The business will include the election of trustees and the adoption of the accounts. Formal notice of the AGM will be sent out on the 3rd of November with all the details you need.
