The CLT Legal Toolkit provides guidance on selecting the most appropriate legal form and includes template constitutions.
The financial planning toolkit is composed of a series of linked Excel spreadsheets, written guidance and a worked example which allows users to project the income, costs and financial requirements of a CLT scheme.
Sample documentation from CLTs featured on our website, collated by the University of Salford, is available to download. It covers a range of topics, from housing allocation policy to Service Level Agreements with local "umbrella" CLTs.
