You'll be joining hundreds of people, including community-led housing groups, funders looking to invest in the sector and local government officials who want to see more of this enterprising and positive work in their area.

DATE: Monday 27 November
LOCATION: Congress Centre, 28 Great Russell Street, London, WC1B 3LN

We want to see as many community groups as possible, otherwise it kind of defeats the object of this landmark occasion! That's why we're offering the best possible price to our members.

Psst, if you're quick, you can get one free ticket to this event - thanks to the Nationwide Foundation - who have provided 50 bursaries to community-led housing groups who are delivering housing to those in need.

Complete the bursary application form (that is at the bottom of this page) and send it to Polly at, who will confirm if your application has been successful.

If you are a Community Land Trust, Cohousing Group, Housing Co-op, Self-Build Community, basically anyone involved in a community-led housing, we'd love to meet you!

Community-led housing is growing rapidly because lots of people who want to bring about positive social change are collaborating. That's what we're doing, what our members are doing, and what you're doing too. Let's get our heads together at the conference!

If you want to meet and connect with people oozing with passion for community-led housing and the drive to get stuff done, then this is an event not to be missed.

For local government officials and staff members tasked with Community Housing Fund allocations, this is the opportunity to find out what the movement is all about and how best to put the Fund to use.
