East London CLT: litmus test for urban CLTs
East London Community Land Trust has been formed to promote community led and owned housing, as part of the Olympic Park legacy. It grew out of a campaign led by London Citizens. With 1000 members, it has set its sights on the redevelopment of the former St Clement's hospital in Bow and is set to be the UK's first urban CLT.
