National Advice Centre Project Manager

We are seeking a freelance contractor to project manage the delivery of the Community Led Homes National Advice Centre.

The Community Led Homes National Advice Centre (NAC) includes an advice line plus a website providing entry-level information, sector data, and technical resources to help community groups, councils, housing associations and others initiate and complete housing projects. 

The role will involve working closely with the other two team members, and the client-side digital project manager, and to ensure the project is delivered on time and on budget. The project involves further improvements to the website, the production and publication of technical and specialist resources, the improvement of the UK’s first community led housing database and setting up and rolling out integration of this database with a CRM system (Salesforce).

We are looking for someone who is analytical, enjoys working with systems, has a focus on brilliant customer service, and will bring first-rate project management skills. 

Details

The contract is for around 70 days of work, the contract ending 31st March 2020. Possible extension subject to funding.
